COVET BRAND REFRESH

Objective

Covet is a Boston-based consignment brand with four locations, known for its ever-evolving selection of curated secondhand and designer pieces.

 

For this project I came on board as a contract creative director and brand strategist to elevate digital touchpoints and better reflect the in-store experience through their online presence. The brand is playful, curated, but not overly curated, constantly evolving, and encourages the thrill of discovery. In blending creative direction with growth strategy I prioritized high revenue areas of impact when mapping out the site. 
 

The overall goal was to increase in-store traffic and Instagram visibility, as these are the main revenue driving streams. Easy access for consignors was also a high priority.

The project required creating brand guidelines, scheduling a shoot for website assets and completely redesigning the existing site, while refining messaging and tone to hone in on brand identity.

I selected a variety of accent colors and chose an elevated but flexible site template for easy future updates by key stakeholders.

Designed a variety of potential logo concepts for future brand refresh consideration.
