Allison Daroie is an award-winning brand strategist and multidisciplinary creative leader with experience building and scaling fashion, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
Her background spans brand strategy, creative direction, e-commerce, marketing, product design, merchandising, retail, partnerships, and manufacturing across both startups and organizations generating over $100M in annual revenue.
As the founder and CEO of Paridaez, Allison built an award-winning modular apparel brand, leading all aspects of the business from creative direction and product design to operations, e-commerce, retail, and brand strategy.
Her experience also includes serving as Interim Chief Brand & Growth Officer at CNCPTS during the company’s reacquisition from Zappos by the original founder, helping define brand direction and growth priorities across merchandising, marketing, retail, e-commerce, partnerships, and private label.
Earlier in her career, Allison launched and led the Corporate Partnerships division at Karmaloop, one of the largest e-commerce streetwear retailers at the time, while serving as Chief of Staff during a high-growth phase across a 200+ person organization generating over $100M in annual revenue.
Across each role, her work centers on identifying what makes a brand distinct and aligning creative vision with business strategy to support long-term growth.
